First let me say I love the food, And service BUT only in the day time when the owner is there to supervise their incapable night crew. I don't know if they are new employees, which many I did recognize as regulars but tonight was the worse. I waited over 30 min for fries that still weren't done after asking twice. They had at LEAST 3 cooks, 1 of which was sitting on one of the kitchen counters and not once did anyone at all aplologize for the wait or maybe say they're was a mix up, NOTHING. Along with that they only had a hand full of pizzas available, and I do understand they close at 10, but we got there at 8. I just asked for my money back, poor customer service at this location lately. Please improve your service or change ur staff. Customer service definitely needs an upgrade.

It used to be 5 Stars but with 3 orders massed up in the last month (phone order/pick up) they are slipping fast. The staff has changed and changed again. The food is still very good but the service isn't great.
