We went today with friends for the first time and had a pleasant experience. We decided to go for breakfast an hour ahead so couldn't make reservations. When we called they mentioned they'll be able to accommodate our large party and they did. Food was great and service while a little slow in the beginning was very good. Only disappointing thing was that they didn't sit us until the entire party was there. That meant 7 people including kids couldn't sit while 2 adults were parking and paying the meter, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise the place is good and decor was appropriate for family oriented kids place. Balloons at the end was a nice touch.

I went to this place for the first time after many friends raves about how good it was. Upon entering we were quickly and nicely seated with out very cool newspaper menus. Our waiter came over and took our drink and food order. I ordered the three eggs over hard on top of their cheese hash browns. When my food first came out there was a hair in my food. (Picture below hair is on the right bottom of the plate in the hash browns) the waiter immediately took it off the table and apologized for it and went to have it re made. He was very attentive and respectful. Then the kitchen which was in ear shot of our seats blew up with cussing and screaming from the cook. She continued this for the rest of our time there which ruined the mood....this was bad enough to where the manager asked a server to turn up the music in the restaurant to try to drown her out. the food came out the second time and and the eggs where over easy not over hard. I was so hungry by this point and my partner had all most ate his food. I just slid the eggs off and ate the hash browns. The server brought us our check and again apologized for it he comped that meal and Discounted the ticket. Again our server was amazing and nice! The food and the cook staff is what ruined the experience for me. It will be a while if ever if I give this place a second chance.

Absolutely love this place. It’s the type of place you can picture coming to regularly — but the food is far from the norm! The restaurant boasts hundreds of choices (gluten free and vegan as well) on their menu, along with their many flavors of milkshakes and other yummy treats. As pictured: Arlington grilled cheese (filled with mac n cheese & bacon), Sean’s Big Island fruit shake, and Oreo cheesecake shake. You will not regret choosing to dine here. It’s also super kid friendly!!

I hope they improve because they have great potential, but this review is based on several visits over the past decade. First, their food isn't special at all; it's also overpriced and very inconsistent. I wouldn't get eggs of any sort because they don't cook them well (regardless of how you order them) and even when they're decently prepared they're usually cold -- maybe because the restaurant temperature isn't well regulated. Poached eggs are especially weak. Also, grilled cheese is usually not melted anymore when you get your food-- and they're especially overpriced because all you get is a small sandwich (no fries or anything) for $10+. Service quality is also very inconsistent, sometimes great but usually okay at best. The bathroom is disgusting, and the dining area isn't much better. I get that it's geared for children, but the dining room tables and chairs don't need to reflect that children have been making giant messes on them all day. They print tons of menus on newspaper (which they resuse even when they have food and grease on them); maybe their menu system is environmentally friendly somehow, but I wonder if there is a greener and cleaner method. I don't understand the hype for this place other than its potential as a concept. It's definitely not worth waiting an hour or so in the very poorly designed waiting area.

This was a real find! The breakfast was tasty and so many different choices made it hard to pick what to eat. The service was fast and friendly. If you're in the area, it's a definite stop. This may bring us back to the area!
