Food is good, location is good as well but every time I make the trip I always wait forever for my order. In person they've " lost my order" & through the drive up I've been put on hold several times while I try to make the order and at the window it takes even longer to get the food. I'm actually writing this review while I wait for my food. It's taken about 30minutes just waiting and there was about 3-4 cars behind me and it seems like only 2 people are inside with no one inside to order food. While I waited 2 cars left because it just simply took too long and we didn't leave because we already paid. Sonic needs to figure out who they hire and their ability to multi task or simply have more on staff during peak hours.

Waited well over an hour for 6 items. My chicken sandwich was completely overcooked(couldn’t even bite into it), mozzarella sticks were hollow, and my fries were cold and soggy. Generally I wouldn’t complain this much because it’s fast food but there was only 1 other car in the lot...no need to rush or panic over 2 cars. Smh what happened to quality over speed? Very disappointed.

Food is really good but it took 15 minutes for someone to take our order. When we asked the cashier to explain the bill, she referred us to another person, then walked away. To make this visit more stressful, the inside bathroom was out of service so we had no choice but to use the one outside under the rain.

The area itself has a nice selection of fast food. My children enjoy the food selection at Sonic ad well as the drink menu. The staff has always treated us With respect and kindness. We will be visiting this establishment again in a few weeks. Wow, what a difference makes when you revisit an establishment that you original had a great experience with can change in a blink of an eye. I decided to order from this place today so my wife didn't have to cook. What a bad decision we have made to pick this dump. The Manager and shift person were disgustingly rude and trying to deny us of receiving our meal they have missed.....until I had to voice my opinion....loudly. These individuals were unprofessional and obviously not able to handle a somewhat busy traffic of customers. I will NEVER visit this place ever again. Five guys or Panda moving forward will be on our menu :) !!!!

The food is good but be prepared to wait an eternity for your meal and hopefully they don't forget it altogether.
