High-class dining experience. Rectified a issue with a dish professionally and courteously. Hamburger on the expensive side, but fries were outstanding. A nice crisp outside and a fluffy inside. I detected a tad bit of parmesian or similar substance that gave the fries a nice flair. Farm to table theme is hip and tastefully done. All in all, I would recommend.

Tucked in the hills of Natirar Park in Far Hills, N.J. is 90 Acres. Unless you know it's there, you would easily miss this elegant place that is a hot spot for dining in Somerset County. The building is an mansion type structure with a large open area dining section with a bar on one end where local craft beers are available. The other end is an open kitchen with 30 seats where a tasting menu is available. We sat in the main section which was busy and due to the many people, quite loud. The food was tasty but portions were not huge and the waiting time for our food was considerable. We were given a complimentary "sweet and salty sundae" for our time and I must say this was the best dessert I have ever had. A wonderful evening that started at 7:30 ending at midnight.

I've eaten here only twice, but both times my experience has been excellent. The service is exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu, wines, and drinks. Everything we ordered was seasoned and cooked perfectly, creating a really lovely evening. I especially would like to point out that I'm incredibly snooty about meat temps and steak searing, and I was impressed at how perfectly my steak came out.

My guest and I were taken care of very well. The Ambiance was spectacular. Driving up to the restaurant was a pleasure as it was remote and out of the way arriving at the restaurant, my guest and I were promptly greeted taken care of and seated. The wait staff were exceptional every need was met and so much more. The food needs no description as it was without words the best meal you will ever have.

The "upscale" part of the restaurant, while a tad snooty, is really excellent. The chef's table, where you get to select ingredients and the chef prepares an elaborate meal of them, is amazing. The wine selection - outstanding. The service is impeccable. Great place to come with someone you really like and enjoy the feast together. I didn't try the "beer and burger" part of the restaurant, but I hear it is also great, while more affordable.
