Never again. People we have to remember things have to be clean at all times. If you have a fork, spoon, knife, with spots then it's not clean. So it's obvious that they do wash it but they don't dry the water that remains. Another problem if I order 6 boneless wings I expect to get 6 boneless wings but it's foul play when u give me 5 boneless wings and the last has a bone in it. Another problem if I order steak and find one simple piece of human woman hair in it I have a problem. And all these things I'm saying actually happened there. And oh one more thing they forgot about my side order. Just Close down.

I ordered the Jack Daniel Ribs with rice, Mac and cheese, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. The only thing that was hot and somewhat decent was the ribs. The rice was extremely hard and cold, the mac was salty and cold, the mashed potatoes and broccoli was ok but cold. I always order the same thing when I go to any TGI Friday’s and I’m always pleased. This time I was just surprised at the food. My server was very pleasant which is why I gave three stars instead of one.

Unfortunately service is very slow here whether you go to the bar or seated. Also prices have gone up and it's not fine dining. I paid $24 including tax for just an entree sitting at the bar. Recommend you go only during happy hour if you are watching your pockets or go before or after happy hour if you want a better chance of getting the staff to serve you. Food has been consistently ok for the standard and my favorite thing is that it opens until 1am which is hard to find in west orange nj area.

The waitress was very polite. But my wife and I were eating ribs with our fingers and sauce was all over our hands. We shouldn't have to request wet wipes. That should have come with the meal. Were sitting there looking for our waitress and our hands are a mess.

Love the cocktails and food but the staff just makes it so so so bad. As I was walking to the bathroom I saw my server, whom I hadn't seen for the last 20 minutes, sitting in the back and chatting it up with her friend. I don't say much and tipped well, but my drink had been done for the last 10 minutes. And, this was not the only time or, the only server this happened with too!
