I wanted to like this restaurant more than I really did. It smelled amazing as we walked in and was packed to the brim on a Friday night. The wait staff was phenomenal but the food left me wanting for something a bit more traditional. I was given a speech about how the menu is a 'autobiography' of the chef's culinary life but at the end of the day it just came off like any other fusion restaurant. The food itself was fine but I would have loved more traditional Indian flavors in the dishes.

I went with a good friend to have brunch on a Sunday. The food was amazing! They had live music and the wait staff was impressive. Definitely check them out!

We had a very large party. From the initial conversation through good-bye, everyone was friendly and welcoming, even when our requests were difficult. The food was amazing. From the faithful standards to the creative fusion, it was all delicious. Don't skip the desserts, which are the best I've ever had at an Indian restaurant. Indeblue is a wonderful destination, I'm glad I had a chance to dine there. I can't wait to come back.

Wow, everything we ordered here was unique and tasty. This is not traditional Indian food, but I would call it American/Indian fusion. Especially at brunch, some dishes leaned more towards American, while others more Indian. The service was also wonderful. Gotta try the crispy cauliflower and the spicy chicken and waffles.

Garbage food. Garbage Service and charged us $582 (lost my rent money for 2 months) for 6 people. If you are a student and on a tight budget, stay away from this restaurant. There was no price on menu. Waiter forced us to order plenty of stuff which was basically trash. My friend was eating and one of the waiter literally snatched his plate to bring in main course. Total disrespect. I am not going back to this place ever.
