The food is terrific. I've never been disappointed by the food that I've eaten from PRIME. A few drawbacks though. The wait is a little long, the price is pretty high for a college campus (~12$ for a burger and fries), and it would be nice if it was open a little later on weekdays. That said, I still go here on a semi-frequent basis and I love the food.

Based on the burger and fries, I could almost round up to a 4, but this restaurant really deserves a 3. Price is the biggest negative. They are the only non-fast food burger place within walking distance, and on a college campus, so I can see how they are able to pick their price, but $9 for their smallest burger, and another $3 for fries and drink is not light on the wallet. Their burger patties didn't look the size or volume of typical 1/4 lb'ers. Can't be sure. The patty didn't seem fresh and appeared to be frozen (dry), definitely not how fresh burgers look. They serve their bottled beer in plastic cups you see in basement frat parties. If they care enough to have craft beer, they can go just a little further for proper drinking glasses. From my perspective just another college business that wouldn't survive if they weren't surrounded by young people that didn't care about money or possess even moderately discerning taste.

staff is friendly. the wait for your food can be long at times but is worth the wait depending on what you ordered. their fries are really good as well. they also serve some beer. they take rowan meal plans and rowan/dining dollars which is super convenient.
