We have visited this establishment many times over the many years we have lived in Rockaway. It has always been generally good but at some times better than others. Last night's visit was actually very good. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I had the sole with breadcrumbs on a bed of spinach. It was very tasty. My wife had the shrimp and mozzarella over spinach special. Again very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed last night's visit.

This was my first time here, but the friends that brought me are regulars. A really good, out of the way local restaurant. The staff are so incredibly kind. They know their customers by first name, ask about the families and stop to actually chat for a few minutes. It opens for dinner at 5pm and by 5:05pm there was already a crowd! The food was prepared well, was really good and served timely. It is dark in there but that isn't an issue. There is a full bar as well as non-alcoholic beverages. A gem in New Jersey!
