Been going here for years! Never disappoints. Good food. Good people. Good service! What more can you ask for?

Let me start off by saying this place makes decent pizza (apart from some of their specialty pizzas) ... So I cannot say that this is my issue. Every time I have ordered delivery, the cheese is all on one side of my pizza. This being said, today I decided to try picking it up. I ordered a half plain and half pepperoni and onion pizza on my way home from work and they quoted me a time of 25 minutes. I got to the restaurant about 30 minutes later. Apparently there had been some sort of mix up, my pizza was not ready and I was told it would be a little bit and they apologized. Fine, not a big deal. After waiting an additional THIRTY minutes, I finally received my pizza, already in my "Hangry" state. I get home, excited to finally have my pizza - when what is this? The entire pizza is pepperoni and onion. So now, my significant other who does not like pepperoni and onion has no dinner tonight. I am too frustrated after everything to call back. I will NEVER order from here again. Order from La Forchetta down the road instead, their food is always on point!!!!!
