I love Chick-fil-A. The food is great, the customer service is awesome, and the manager is accommodating. The app ordering can be a little tricky, but as long g as you go the online pick and tell them you are there, they usually get things together quickly.

Management isnt up to chick standards place is too busy and small they are being greedy and it will get them in the end buy the restaurant out front and bloom with new managers that manage rather than do busy work

I was working at amc theatres and got off to go to break and it was around 9:00 and with mall the mall closing soon Chick-fil-A was the only one to be open. I was created by a man named Kyle and he made wanna but the whole place from him or give him a hug. I work on having great customer service and this was the best i ever had. He didn’t let wanting to close up and head home stop him from smiling. The rest of crew were in training process and all were REALLLY happy. They apologized for the wait when there was no wait at all. So happy!!

Great waffle fries, but the 8 pc. nuggets were the size of pennies! Smaller than popcorn chicken!! Unbelievably poor value. They were tasty, but not for almost 8 dollars. At best, this was an appetizer. First and last time at Chick Fil A.
