The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good and reasonably priced. They get your order out to you quickly.

Great Chick Fil A store. They known for their great tasting Frosted Lemonade. I love their tasty food. I hope to return soon.

Excellent as usual. All the other food places in the mall jack up prices of maels by two or three dollars. Chick fil a is the same price as all their places. Taco Bell was $7.99 for the $5.00 meal.

We're a big fan of Chick-fil-A, and although this is this first time we have seen it in a food court setting, I'm glad that the quality and service is still up there! Although there was a line to order, it went very quickly and pick up was very prompt. Sandwiches were great as usual, with waffle fries the right amount if crisp. To top it off, a gentleman from Chick-fil-A goes around the food court helping to clean and also offered us refills on our drinks!

This Chick Fil A was the go to place for years. The owner Ken Walsh was on top of this place and it was amazing . It was just sold to someone else about 8 months ago. It was immediately noticeable. The lines are horrendous and too long. They have registers throughout the counter but they only have people stand in one line. I have gone there at least 5 times at different hours and I wait a minimum of five minutes. When it's really busy 20 minutes to get food. That is too long. There was never a wait like that. I've been going to this location since I was a kid so I see the change. I think the most I ever waited before was maybe five minutes at most. That was when the mall was mobbed. I also notice about six to seven people behind the register but only two are really working efficiently. The food is still good, so that is the only thing that keeps me going. It sad I hope the management reads this and improves these issues. It will really affect the business negatively because people go to this location mostly work in the mall and have limited time to wait because they are on break to grab something in between shifts. Hope they can make it better!
