Very nice people... great food... and excellent service!!

I've been to many brazilian restaurants and this one by far has no standard, costumer service is non existant in this place. My wife and I were running an errand near this location when we noticed Brasil & Brazil. You could not tell it was a restaurant until you walk up really close to the window. The place in the inside looked a bit run down, nontheless we decided not to sit and eat but instead ordered a few Coxinha to take back home. When we got our food we went to the car and my wife and I took one Coxinha each and took a bite, so we noticed that the meat was still frozen in the inside. I said "ok, it needs to be cooked again". I go back to the "restaurant" and explained to the lady at the register our experience, 1. She was non-apologetic or had no sympathy. 2. Snatch the food from my hand as if i had offended her by voicing my concerns. 3. I purchased a juice to take out the taste of the cold meat from my mouth $1.50, you think they would comp you a bottle juice for the inconvenience they did not nor did they sppologize. 4. When they cooked the food again I had 1 less Coxinah in our food plate. In a nutshell this is a bad place, good thing i did not stay to eat a full meal. However I sjare my experience so that others take in consideration what my wife and i went through and avoid spending your money in this place. There are far better Brazilian restaurants around, this one should be avoided unless they change their service culture.

My favorite restaurant for brazilian food. I few like home, and the lady that cooks maked me few like I am eating my grandmother food, too bad that they do no have churrasco (BBQ) or lasagna

I cannot review the food as I had nothing other than sweet potato fries. My friend enjoyed her kobe beef burger. Menu seemed overpriced but then again, what isn't in that area. The decor is crazy gaudy with some polar bear structure upstairs and ornament furniture. A friend and I just chilled at the bar with some Moscow mules. The first one we got was awesome, the second one by a different bartender was not so much (thus minus 1 star). The crowd consists of tourists, and some random lost people. Overall I was amused by the crowd and the awesome drink served.
