My Family and I, went for Easter Dinner, food was over cooked and the people at the carving station didn't understand English and dessert was tasteless. We spent a lot of money, I feel taken advantage off Unhappy!

Horrible. I've definitely expected better from this place as my family and I normally come to the Sunday brunch at least 1-2 times a month. However, this time it was for Mother's Day. We were seated in the up stairs dining room. The plates, glasses and utensils were all filthy. We had to ask for new silverware each time. To make matters worse the service was extremely poor and they slacked at retrieving the dirty plates from our table. But fear no more, we were able to place our dirty dishes in the bins of dirty plates sitting directly right behind our table. (Pictures are listed) We were absolutely horrified. We were literally sitting directly next to peoples used dirty plates with food still on it. Not very classy and unsanitary if you ask me. Now to the food. The food was mediocre. The ziti was my favorite but I guess pasta isn't too hard to mess up. Normally the prime rib is superb, however this time it was dry and very well done. The Au Jus was no where in sight. I politely asked the carving station woman if they had a salad bar, she hastily responded right there and pointed to a bunch of metal mixing bowls that had mixed salad thrown right in them. I wish I were exaggerating. Needless to say, we all passed on the salad.m They had a separate desert room with cakes, pies and coffee. The cake was actually pretty good. I got the chocolate mousse. When we finally got the check we noticed we were all charged for the pitchers of drinks and there were no "free refills" included. We asked the manager if this was correct, since the buffet price was $45 per person! He was very sleazy and rude and told us he would look into it. At this point we were all exhausted and just wanted to get out of there. We had a crying 11 month old and just wanted to leave. The next morning I asked my stepmom if they had to pay for drinks when they went earlier that morning. (They had the 11am sitting) and it turns out they did not. So basically we were charged $40 extra for soft drinks. I expected better of you, Snuffys. We will NOT be returning ever. You lost valued customers that came regularly. I will make sure this is known to everyone we know.

Hands down you get your moneys worth here. Food is delicious, make a reservation though not always needed but best to be safe than sorry. Definitely try the brunch!!!!

Thanksgiving was a madhouse. People were allowed to walk in and cut up to the front without even being on the list or having reservations. So disappointing when your standing there like a herd of cattle for 39 mins. The food was not as good as last year, (they ran out of stuffing by 430pm)..The service was Very Good.

The food is very good and the dessert selection is rich in flavor and options. I just wish the fountain drinks were bigger. They give a small glass for almost 2 dollars.
