Good food but the place was grimy and the service was horrendous. Was part of a group of about 20 with only 1 server. The food/drinks were ridiculously slow coming out and the main course came out over the course of 10-15 minutes or so after a long wait. Some people got served as others were finishing. Even the cake was slow coming out and clearly that’s not being made to order. The chairs and tables were all old and sticky and overall it was a dingy feel. The bathrooom was even worse. The only positive was the food itself, which was very good.

I had dinner at this restaurant last night 12/28 with visitors from Europe and while the food was good the service and wait staff was terrible. The waiters brought appetizer plates and just placed them on the table not giving each guest (7 guests) a plate. They also took forever to come and remove finished appetizer plates. The waiter started taking one of my guests sodas without it even being finished yet and my guest told the waiter to leave it and the waiter seemed to have an attitude toward me and my guests after that. I really didn't appreciate it. But the worse service was after asking for coffee after dinner the waiter took forever to bring it out to us (several minutes for coffee!?!) it wasn't till my wife went to the wait staff near the kitchen to ask for the coffees and one of the waiters said "oh sorry" as if he forgot or something, the place was not even that full! Please correct your wait stafff and provide better service! This was all experienced mid week! I can't imagine the service on a Friday or Saturday night! I won't be coming back if the service is like this... if it remains totally absent.

This place is great! I love the food (amazing and fresh) and the staff is great too. Just the right place for a great dinner. I just wish it was closer to me.

Great food, although some dishes are better than others. I mean that in a good way. For example, the eggplant parmesan was very good, but the salmon was incredible. Wait staff is very friendly. I would definitely return to dine here again.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. Anything on the menu is great, I recommend the tortellini soup and whole wheat thin crust pizza. The paninis are amazing, so is the panzanella salad. The restaurant is large, but on busy days there will be a 15-30 minute wait. It is worth it. You can come with kids, celebrate and event or just stop in for a quick bite. No matter what, you will love this Italian restaurant.
