Overall the place is very nice. However I feel it lacks the wow factor to justify the prices. The lack of wow factor may have to do with the fact it's in a strip mall. The food was good, with four of us we ordered a good chunk of the menu. The service was good, although the waiters and bus boys were constantly moving things around on the table and reaching over us. The place looks very clean, I'll definitely give them that. The place is spotless and you can see straight into the kitchen which is reassuring. I would go back again and I would recommend it.

I was at Viaggio in Wayne when this man was angry. The staff was very helpful and handled the situation very well. The customer who was angry was clearly disrespectful to the staff and the owner was right to take him outside. Everyone considering coming to this restaurant should definitely do so. Disregard this most recent review by Jeff Moll as he lacks sanity.

Unbelievable! Eating here is not just going out to dinner, it is a dining experience. I will not eat calamari anywhere else ever again, Chef Felice has perfected it! Homemade Burrata with ramps is a must and the linguini with clams is heavenly, his own twist on spices really make this dish special.

Went there with my wife to use a gift certificate. They wanted to seat us in the middle of the room, on the kitchen end. We asked for another table (there were at least 5 empty ones) and they said that they couldn't do it. I then asked them to just redeem the gift certificate for cash and we would be on our way. This seemed like a totally foreign concept to them, and said that they didn't know how to do that but would credit the gift givers credit card. I told them that that was ridiculous, but they insisted that is was all that they could do. Needless to say, after attempting to do that for about 1/2 and hour, making the same mistakes time after time, they went "downstairs" and tried to do it there. Keep in mind, I never received so much as an "I'm sorry". After a while they returned indicating that they did it. I asked for a note stating that they had accomplished it successfully, and got a note that I just didn't want to wait and that they were busy, though I didn't purchase gift myself. They told me that they were taking care of "paying customers" . Finally I left, but went back in asking them to write on the note that the refund had been processed. At that point, one of the owners came and shuffled me out of the restaurant, without any attempt to understand what had happened. All he was interested in was that there was not a scene in his restaurant on a Saturday night. I must tell you, they think who they are, even asking for a credit card to hold a reservation, keep in mind, they are just in another shopping center in Wayne. Also, had lunch there one other time, it really was just fair.... Let's just see how they are when their bubble bursts...... By the way, please just ignore the counterargument posted. It probably is a friend or relative of the owner, which would be a typical tactic of the owner after a bad review. Ben had no idea of the details of the situation nor the insulting behavior of the staff, who were just inept and dismissive in crediting a gift certificate and kept us waiting for over 1/2 hour just to do so, expecting us just to stand there and be happy. It's always interesting when people like Ben weigh in on something without knowing the full story. It's obvious, Ben Strine lacks intelligence, my sanity is very much in tact and clearly I am not a relative or friend.

Sat at the chef's table and would highly recommend the experience. Every course was very well thought out and the ingredients ranged from rare and imported radicchios from Italy to home made salami. Incredible spread. Can't wait to go back.
