Absolutely delicious food, Great customer service, and all at a great price. Friendly staff, good hearted owner, and the place is always clean and welcoming. I always suggest this place to my friends and family. This is a place you can bring your significant other or even have a small group. If you have a large group and don't mind a drive, look up the one in Monteclair, it is much larger and serves coffee and dessert. Speaking from someone who grew very traditional Italian, this is a place that will make you feel like home.

Very unhappy. Got served a pizza with entire bottom burnt. Waiter said "yeah, you will get one of those sometime" What? Tried to eat it but all I tasted was burnt. Only ate 2 slices. My husband was done with his. When we refused to pay for my pie, waiter was very mad. No customer service here! Rush you in, rush you out. I have spread the word. Go to the other great pizza joints in Westfield! They are nicer and you don't HAVE to eat burnt pizza!!!!!

The staff are so incredibly rude. It amazes me that this place is still in business. There are so many better pizza places to choose just within downtown Westfield.

Do not patronize! My wife and I (along with another couple) decided to try the restaurant Friday night before a movie in town. Food was OK but felt as if everything was rushed. At the end of the meal, with salads and pizza still on table, the staff began to clear the plates. We looked and saw there were other empty tables and no one was waiting. The bill was then given to us and owner came over to ask if we could hurry up and leave in case someone else needed the table. We had heard that this had happened to friends who had gone but thought they were joking when they told us about it. Apparently the owner does not feel anyone should linger after quickly finishing a dinner. Disgraceful way to run a business! You will do much better at the Brick Over Pizza restaurant about 500 feet down the road. There the staff and owner are MUCH more business oriented and consumer friendly. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT if you want a leisurely meal! When I told the owner we would not be returning and we would tell others about the experience he seemed as if he could care less. There are many additional places in Westfield to eat- I suggest you patronize a place where they care about their customers.
