I absolutely love this place! What an experience! Live entertainment and karaoke some nights. A must try, however when you order food to go the portions is not the same . The staff needs more training on being organized in a busy establishment like this! Black businesses must do better!!!

I don’t usually like to post bad reviews, however this particular location gets 2 out of 5 stars. Reason being, I’m a big fan of soul food and I was truly disappointed in the food here. If ur looking for authentic soul food, this isn’t the place. However, if u need a quick fix, this might be the place for you. I also don’t like the lack of professionalism from the waiter staff, and I did not like their parking vendor as well. Terrible service, and lack of patience.

The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the baked macaroni and cheese. The collard green cheese dip was also good. Nice atmosphere. They often have live jazz bands or singers. I didn't see a wheelchair elevator but they have wheelchair accessible tables on the first floor.

Deltas restaurants New Brunswick is a typical southern flair restaurant. Located on the outer edge in between route 18 and Church Street one would never know that such a gem is right here in New Brunswick. I was there on a Saturday for my auntie's 60th birthday party Andy got us all private room that was towards the front of the restaurant. The room hosted about 15 to 20 guests; we were able to get dedicated servers/party hosts; with a custom menu and flexible drink options. We were able to get private, intimate and quality party; with a gentle background music from the live Jazz Band playing on the main floor. The food was impressive, and it was the first time I ever had salad that had black-eye peas in place of a dressing (excellent!). The remainder of the restaurant is pretty spacious: there is the bar area, and a band stand right across from it and they an open dining area towards the back. There is also a half open upstairs that overlooks the main floor. On most weekends there is a live band during dinner hours and a DJ during the night. The restaurant morphs into more of a lounge/club as dinner ends and the DJ takes over. It attracts the young professional and affluent who come in their casual chic outfit for a nice dining experience or a night out on the town.
