I had an experience here that needs to be shared. It was my second visit in a week's time. I ordered eggs runny. The food started to come out and the person bringing us the food (not our waitress, a runner) brought my boyfriend's food, and with my plate, she said, "I noticed you wanted runny eggs. These came out kind of hard, so I have new eggs coming out, I wouldn't eat these." Wow! She did not wait to see if I would complain. She took the initiative to replace the wrong-doing. I loved this! I was so flabbergasted and thankful, I made sure I not only tipped her as well as my waitress but made sure to fill their survey so she might get that recognition. My boyfriend and I eat out a lot and discuss the service every time, what we liked and didn't like, and what we can do that might show them recognition. This is not common. This does not happen in other places, and she really made me a truly satisfied customer by her going above and beyond. I have told this story a couple of times, so excited that someone appreciates their job as much as I appreciate good service. So thank you, IHOP of Hazlet/Keyport. :)

Great food. Service was a little slow, prices a little high. Not as many great choices

Food here is the same quality as other IHOP locations I've been to. Great breakfast food all day.

Service was good, pancakes were very good (duh)... The new corned beef hash wasn't very good - very unevenly cooked and 'hashed'. Some parts of the hash bordered on disgusting, but I was hangry so it went down my pie hole, washed down by 3 poached eggs - very good, hash - good, and 3 pancakes 🤢

Horrible... waited to be seated when associates were standing around talking ... finally seated and then took time for order about 45 mins .. then food was ice cold.... told Mgr and then walked out
