My wife and I ordered a few rounds of fish and chips tonight. I hadn't eaten at this place in over 10 years. I specifically asked the kid who took my order "Do you take debit card". He says yeah we take cards. My wife shows up to pick up our food and the same kid tells her they don't take cards the machine is down. Now she has to walk, in the rain, to find an ATM. I call back and say you just told me you take cards and now you don't? "Yeah". He just says yeah. I asked again, why did you tell me that, you didn't know the machine was down? "Yeah". And he hangs up. Not even a simple 'sorry about that'. Now for the food review... The food is good. The batter for the fish has very little flavor but it's still good. The portions are small for the price you pay. I won't be going back or recommending anyone here because of the kid they hired to lie and hang up on you

Great place to get fish and chips. Have it either broil or deep fried. I always get the combo cod fish , shrimp and scallops. The food is always very tasty and comes out hot.

The "fish and chips" were the best I ever had. The fish was very meaty and fresh. We were told about this famous place for this dish, but I have to take away a star for the very dated interior.

If you got a hankering for Scottish Food than this is your place. Great to check out the Robert Burns celebration in the winter. Lots of Bag Pipes.

Amazing original Irish Fish & Chips Restaurant! Great service and prices you can't beat!!! They also have a very cute little store where you can buy knickknacks imported directly from Ireland! It should be a local historical landmark!
