The food is consistent and good for bar food but the service is iffy. Depends on who is you get, like these kind of places the girl can make or break your experience. I only sit at the bar now and go on days when I know one of the better bartenders is working. How about updating the beer list on your website once in a while?

The food was not bad but the service there was subpar. Heather was negligent. Took entirely too long to check in and make sure everything was going well. Worst part was she was sitting at a table on the floor with a customer laughing and joking with no regard for her own customers. Got better service from other waitresses. Not a bad place to go unless you get Heather. If you do, walk out or good luck to you, your food, and experience.

I've been here a few times. The best thing about this place is the location. Food is fine, for what it is, maybe a tad pricey, but generally tasty. But hey, it's Hooters. The service is generally bad to mediocre. The waitresses, and especially the bartender is hilariously inattentive, to the point where you'll be sitting with an empty drink for 15 minutes as she talks to her friends and plays with her cell phone, having said nothing to you except "What would you like to drink". They do the *absolute bare minimum* here, unless it's some old dude that pays hand over fist for the attention, and then they end up ignoring the rest of the tables. You really do end up feeling like you're inconveniencing them for being there, and no one wants that. Manager, train your staff better. Drawing a little heart on the receipt doesn't make up for the fact that the waitresses said zero words to you in 40 minutes.

The food was ok but the service sucked. Heather was horrible. She barely checked on my table andvadnitted that she forgot about my table. She sat at another customers table the entire time resulting in appetizers coming out cold. All the other servers treated their customers appropriately. Not a bad place to go but Heather was horrible. She has a chicken butt, not too hard to spot.
