Great place for light meals like their Super Melt sandwiches and burgers. But the ice cream is what Friendly's really does best. Service was okay, drinks were kept filled, food arrived hot and tasty! Atmosphere was good and family oriented. The place could use some remodeling.

Service was excellent a warm smile and a hello, the atmosphere is wonderful, nostalgia coming from the speakers and a family, friendly warmth feeling as I sat down. Came here for breakfast but got a tasty crispy chicken wrap. This place is perfect for a date, business and to bring your kids. Will be returning, hopefully at a much early time for breakfast.

We go there for desserts only and it's outstanding all the time. The service is pleasant and fast. Their fries are made fresh made to order. It is just delicious.

I don't know what other people are complaining about but this place is pretty awesome! The food is great! Everyone that works there are very friendly:D And for those that say they are short staffed it's not their fault! And this place is always clean and a comfortable environment! And those that had a bad experience with a person that works there you should complain to the manager! Whoever is reading this I hope you have a blessing year!

Went with my family to enjoy ice cream. Entered the restaraunt and the lady at the counter was not welcoming. Started ordering freebles (milkshake) for my kids and the lady very ruedly says - 'you cannot order kid size for adults' without even checking to whom I was ordering. All along her rude behavior continued. My daughter wanted to have a scoop of ice cream - she kept pushing her decide on the flavor even though no customers were standing behind us. She decides to give two scoops instead of one. We decided never to go back. This is the second time we had such a bad experience.
