First of all Angie's prices are outrageous. $2.50 for an empanada. I called in an order for a steak/rice/beans during lunch time. I asked how much it would be and was told they would tell me when I arrived. (Which prompted me to know that it was going to be well over $15.00 dollars.) When I arrived, the attendant was preparing the food when I noticed a mountain of rice and 5 little pieces of steak cut up. Looked like 1 small steak cut into little cubes. I saw the attendant go back to the kitchen so I figured he was going to put the rest of the steak that was missing in the box. Only to see him return with nothing. He pulled out a tiny cup of beans and offered me plantains. When he rang me up it was almost $16.00 for a mountain of rice, a tiny cup of beans, 5 tiny pieces of steak that would amount to a small piece of steak and a few plantains. Completely Ridiculous.

What a disgusting place ! Long wait and bland food. I don't see how anyone can support her and her attitude. Even seen her buying cases of cake mix at Walmart. The portions are getting small and consist of more rice that anything not to mention their lunch prices that are the cost of dinner. I couldn't even finish my food because it took so long. Some have to return to work.

Staff was extremely friendly, but the cakes were not fresh.

Absolutely great place, they are warm and inviting. The food is delicious. 7/14 came here during lunch at they are overwhelmed. I ordered ahead of time and when I got in a group of workers also came in they sat down and after about 15 minutes they left. There is one server and one person on cashier and they could not handle the 10 people that are here. Just seems like they need another staff member or maybe a faster server. Still great food and inviting atmosphere but just need more help due to demand.
