Waited behind four other people because the line was out of brown rice, veggies, and pico. They didn’t make my bowl over, get kept telling me my food was still hot. The only person who moved quickly was the cashier who told me my total and then asked me if I wanted a drink. Not going back to this location.

Best experience! My daughter has a gluten allergy and the staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure everything was happening without contamination. They gave us an allergen menu to take home, the gentleman that assisted us even came over to make sure everything was good (literally came from around the counter and to our table), and a manager came over to make sure everything was as needed. He even gave us coupons. We live 30 minutes away and will defiantly be coming out of our way anytime we want chipotle! Thank you so much!

Did online order for pickup. Missing one tortilla on the side. Order was 15 minutes late, although the one employee did apologize. Some workers seem too lax while working. Food tastes good, though.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. My order came in wrong and rather cold. I was looking forward to it but I could not bring myself to take a single bite which left me working on an empty stomach. Hopefully they can work on their service.
