I recently held a Bar Mitzvah event at the Park West Loft and had the best experience! The loft space layout and ambiance was perfect for what we wanted, and our guests had a wonderful time. Both the adults and kids couldn't stop raving about the set up and the delicious food. They described the day as warm, inviting and fun. Exactly what we hoped to accomplish. Stephanie was amazing throughout the entire process and gave great suggestions that met our budget and approach. She was extremely responsive, organized and accommodating. On the day of, the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the Park West Loft.

The atmosphere is great, especially if you like to meet in town for a drink. The service was acceptable. The place was 3/4's full at 9:00. The shrimp appetizer and Cesar salad was delicious. My chicken sandwich was disappointing. However, my husband's hanger steak sandwich was good but bread was soggy. If I go back I would try the hamburger sliders. Overall, it was okay. On a positive note, they offer valet parking on Saturday Night .

Although the food and drinks are great here, I feel they need more diversity when it comes to the bands that they have. I love would love to see them have some different ethnic groups or singers in there.

Good place to go if you're into watery drinks and disorderly drunk conduct. Food seems decent but wasn't worth getting splashed by falling glasses for. Live band was good but too loud. There are too many good restaurants in Ridgewood to justify ever returning to this one. Very disappointing experience.
