Hole in the wall, sushi takeout. Owner has been doing this for over 20 years. This is the only sashimi takeout place I goto. Largest sashimi Platter is 90 and 75 for sushi sashimi combo Platter.

Visited here on raining Sunday afternoon.. kind and quick service.. not fresh fish I ordered sashimi combo and tuna, yellowtail, fluke 2 pcs each. Not fresh fish, excess sushi rice, out of proportion (significantly) and one fluke piece had a huge amount of wasabi in... made me tear. I tried 1 pcs of sashimi each and decided to throw out the rest. I would not recommend this place.

Hidden gem in Palisades Park for sure, definitely recommend checking this place out. The quality is beyond incomparable to its price. 1. Can't dine in, but that's no biggie 2. Outstanding service (he gives you extra if you're a regular) 3. Insane quality

Ordered the sushi and sashimi platter about 5 times now hoping maybe they were just having a "bad day" each time. First time, the rice was mushy and wet like oatmeal. The next time the rice was fine, but fish was lukewarm and tasted fishy. The California rolls are always filled with lettuce instead of cucumber. (Cheap!) They lay the sushi on top of sloppy randomly ripped up pieces of iceberg lettuce instead of shredded radish. (Radish is nornally used bc it kills toxins). I asked for a bag of ice since I'm taking the platter to go and it's 90 degrees outside. They said no it should be fine since I'm only driving 15 min. Maybe that's why it was lukewarm and fishy. I said politely that it's ok and I don't need the soup and soy sauce packets. The chef was so rude. He raised his voice and argued until I was forced to take it. The soup is in styrofoam and the sauces are processed. It should be the customer's choice to take it or leave it. Enough chances given. Never going back.
