Server was pleasant and helpful. Had a small mishap with an overcooked steak and the manager corrected it immediately. Would absolutely come again. It was the best time with my kids. ..

Usually a great place to go with family and friends. Great service. Last time I went was the day of the Eagles Parade, after the parade. It was packed and the server took more than 20 minutes to acknowledge us and ask for our drinks at the least. But the food was good and we made the best of it.

Eh, the food was OK...only real complaint is the timing of service was poor. Kids meals came out first. Followed by soups, appetizers and entrees, all at once. Made do with a really crowded table

This place use to be the best Applebee's around. Until up about the last year or so. Tonight was by far the worst service ever. To start off 2 waitresses were arguing with one another screaming while customers are trying to enjoy there meals. Secondly the food was so undercooked as if the cook was in a rush to go no where. The best Applebee's now is the one that reopened on Welsh and the blvd. Believe me I'm a fat ass at the end of the day I don't care that the employees were ready to kill each other. I was worried about my food being good and it wasn't.

Me & my boyfriend go here every other weekend to get a little snack or a drink. We go so often that the bartenders & manager knows us. We always sat at the bar. No complaints.
