Food is great and big portions but the service is a bit slow. Make sure you're not starving when you go there. Also, if you order appetizers be ready to eat it as a side dish with your main dish. They take an eternity to bring you drinks and apps but once they do your main course comes right after. Overall, the food here is great, their employees are nice you can tell they are trying. They just need to work on their timing.

Worst place ever ! This location is extremely disappointing. I love visiting the franchises especially the one located in Belleville. I went in with a group of 6 and a baby. I had called ahead to make sure we have a table. Once arrived a lady came up to us and informed us she had given our table away because their was to many people to serve. Waited about 30 minutes to be seated. When seated my family and I were put in the back of the restaurant and half of us couldn't even sit down because the other side of the table was not accessible due to the fact that there were other people sitting on their table. Once we finally sat down they "didn't" have a high chair for the baby in our group. After 15 minutes of sitting down and waiting no one came to bring us a menu. Or offer us any drinks. After asking to be moved to another table that was getting cleaned and wiped they refused and gave that table away to another party. Seriously very in professional place. And very very very disappointed! Will not be visiting this location ever again!

The food is great the service too. The Only Problem was in the end on they give me the bill . They hand me a bill from someone else which was a lot of more money I do not know if this was onpurpose or was just an accident . Just pay attention to your bill. for that reason is that I only give them 4 starts

Beware of LINDA!! I ordered my beverage, she brings me the wrong flavor. I let it go, i ordered a sandwich to go. She forgot and left me waiting! I had to confront her and eventually she bring me my to go order. She placed it on my table and takes away my beverage i was drinking. I called her back & told her it was rude how she just took away my drink & didn't even ask if i was done. I was so annoyed, i paid and left! As i got to my car i noticed i was over charged. I went back! Linda didn't even acknowledge me. I asked another server to please let me see my bill because i know i got over charged. She comes back with two bills & my money! Seems like Linda gave me someone's else's bill & didn't do anything to correct it. I think she was going to pocket the money. I will not go there again! Beware of Linda!
