Terrible customer service. No one greeted us, and the one lady was chewing on a drink straw. Not an appealing look when trying to order food. I could just imagine her spit falling into the food. Too many options to deal with crappy service and unsanitary conditions.

I've never had any problems with this location. The subs taste good, the prices are fair (especially for the double meat add-on, which you'll want if you're as hungry as I am), and the employees will make any customizations or substitutions you ask for (within reason). The dining area is a little cramped but it's clean.

WORST SUBWAY IN THE COUNTRY!!! I PLANNED ON ORDERING A SANDWICH AND LONG LINE AHEAD OF ME SO I WENT TO BATHROOM. I WAS QUESTIONED WHEN I HEADED TOWARDS THE BATHROOM AND I OFFERED TO PLACE ORDER FIRST. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN AND WHEN I CAME OUT, 2 LANDLORD SECURITY OFFICERS WERE BLOCKING THE EXIT DOOR AND TWO WOODLAND PARK POLICE OFFICERS FOLLOWED. HAD TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS TOLD NEVER TO RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND NOW CAN SHARE WITH MY LOCAL FRIENDS WHO RECOMMENDED THIS DUMP (PLUS BATHROOM WAS PRETTY DIRTY). GUESS YOU WILL BE LOSING MORE BUSINESS NOW!!!!

Wow. I get all these online offers and nvr use them. Ur sandwichs are veggies w a meat topping. I asked my wife to pick up sandwiches from the woodland park loc bc were running late on time. Going to firehouse subs instead.

Doesn't even deserve ONE STAR. The absolute worst customer service ever. Definitly lost my business. The worker had a dirty attitude and before I went to order my sandwhich I wanted to wash my hands in the bathroom and was told their was a 1$ fee to use their restroom. Hmmm? That's strange I never knew you got charged to use a bathroom. Anyways that's besides the point. She didn't have a name tag on and when I asked for her name and her managers name, she began talking in Spanish about me to another co worker. The most disrespectful subway I have ever been in. I suggest the subway on union Ave in Totowa, the bread is 10x more fresh anyways.
