After waiting in the drive through to get my order I come to find out it's almost all wrong. Food was wrong, sauce was wrong and the drink was wrong. As I waited at the pick up window no one even came to say it would be a minute. the girl at the window kept her back to me the whole time as she fooled around with the other employees. Soon calling about the wrong order the manager didn't apologize once, and acted like I was bothering him. He did offer to fix it but I was on my way to work and couldn't turn around. I figured I had to eat something so I went in to eat the food I did get and it was burnt. This place is terrible.

First, the manager is very rude! I am referring to the bald-African man that drives the white truck. He is very disrespectful and does NOT have a customer service experience from what I see. The same for the lazy workers that work under him. The ladies that work at this location are very unprofessional. Today, a lady that works there was arguing with a customer about how she likes her coffee. They are very slow also, due to the workers talking and carrying on a FULL CONVERSATION with the other EMPLOYEES!! I’m a working individual who has to get on a train to make it to work ON TIME!!! It take them 10 MINUTES TO TAKE AN ORDER!! And another 10 to PUT IT IN A BAG!!! This is ridiculous!!! Something needs to change!! I will continue to report this store until something is changed with the workers or the manager! Please if anyone is having a bad experience with this store please report repot report!! (Yes, it’s that bad)

I'm not into fast food places. I really just needed to use the restroom. It was quite an emergency if you know what I mean. I inquired of a manager what the code to the bathroom was. He responded that the restroom were for paying customers only. As if I intended to use them without buying something. So my decision was easy. I'd buy the least expensive item on the menu to fulfill their requirements. I then used the restroom without any problems. The whole affair left a poor taste in my mouth.

The place is clean because this Latina lady is on point. I was surprise she kept the bathroom clean and go clean it everytime a customer come out of it. Which is a plus. But i was highly disappointed of how they treat her right in front of us customers they were talking real loud and unprofessional to her because they wanted to send her home since labor was low. And the guy had no inner voice or professional manners. And they were cussing each other too while the manager was there too. You cant teach streets people how yo be professional. I know its McDonald and there's no professionalism about it but at least make an effort to respect your co- workers and customers. That's why they get 2 stars i could've given them 5 stars but lack of respect bring it down to 2 stars. But the food was prepared and served at a timely manner which is a plus. Cleanliness and food is good but those streets employees bring the place to a very low standard.

When you go to a McDonald's, your expectations aren't high...when you use the drive thru, you realize it can be rough...When I made my order, the digital sign (That said CHECK TO INSURE ACCURACY OF ORDER) said $15.38...the guy taking the order at the drive thru must have had some sort of a speech problem (not an insult, I simply couldn't understand him), because when I got to the window and handed him $20.38, he handed me $4 change. I asked him about the discrepancy and all the sudden he finds his voice and says, "hey stupid I told you $16.38, read the receipt!" And the receipt was for $16.38, I apologized and told him the digital sign said $15.38, and I was given a dirty look, all the sudden my order was complicated (chicken nuggets) and was told to pull into a parking spot. After I waited 5 minutes, I didn't get the sause I requested. Never going back there, too many better options in the area.
