This place is so weird. I'm attending a conference across the street at the Hyatt and so I'm really happy when someone suggests we get food outside of the hotel. Thinking "finally, some New Mexican cuisine". Instead I follow them to this little place that serves like one dish from about like 6 different cuisines - none of them especially New Mexican (or what tourists like me expect). I almost didn't order, I was just turned off by the presentation. But I decided to go ahead and order the Indian Taco and settle in with my friends. The woman taking orders was incredibly sweet. And the taco was delicious. An Indian Taco is basically everything you would put in a taco but instead of a corn or flour tortilla its put on top of Indian fry bread. I've only ever had Indian Tacos in South Dakota and I'm aware Northern fry bread and southern fry bread can be very different. What I liked about this was they cut up the fry bread in bite-sized pieces, essentially giving you a taco salad layered on top of bread pieces. Whatever, it worked and was delicious. The food at this little unassuming place is affordable and tastey!

I love going here. The owner is sweet and adorable, and the food is not only delicious, but they have a good amount of budget options and vegetarian options. Always a solid choice for lunch!

Good food and freshly cooked. Needed a burger after a long day at the courthouse nearby and gave this place a shot, very glad I did. No beef patties sitting under a hot lamp here.
