The food was good. It was a bit spicier than I am used to,, but it was still very good. The staff was great and attentive. I would definitely recommend eating here if you are to stop in gallup. You can tell that it is a popular spot amongst locals and visitors alike. If you go at a peak time you might have to wait for a table, but it will be well worth the wait to do so. You will enjoy regional food that you will not be able to get elsewhere.

True New Mexico experience. Little hole-in-the wall with amazing, authentic food, no- nonsense staff, and plenty of locals. You may have to wait outside a few minutes to get a table, but it's worth it. Excellent, home-style New Mexico food. We'll be taking a detour off I-40 to stop here again next time we come through!

Absolutely delicious food. Stopped to snag dinner on our road trip and was so pleased the reviews were true. The food was amazing and came out quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Food was great. I got the chicken enchiladas and they were super good. Their sopapillas are the best. If I'm ever in Gallup again, I will stop here to eat. Their service is a little slow, but they were nice and seemed to love their job.

Wow best green chili I have ever eaten that was not made by my wife's aunt. That is a very high compliment. I had a bowl of chili with whole beans and green chili. I selected to have sopapilla. Another wow, soft, but crunch. They also brought a huge squeeze bottle of real local honey. I will be eating here again and again.
