Friendly Bartender, Marginal Appetizers. This is the second time we came here for a snack and a drink. Like many places that have appetizer specials, the food shows a general disinterest in quality control. This is not a reflection on the other menu items which I haven't tried. Still it is always a bit jarring when a restaurant makes some effort to distinguish their food from other places, yet seem not to care when push comes to shove. Some ingredients are dried out and cool, rather than delicious and temperature appropriate. If I had to sum up the approach, it would be somewhere between self centered and depressed. These feelings frequently coexist, but are not enjoyable on a plate. Still, tourists expecting something special may convince themselves that's what they have received. In that way, they are similar to the voting public. Some may say, what do you expect of a discounted appetizer? Well... It's on the regular menu and not inexpensive with or without the discount. But wait, rent is high near the Plaza. That should count for something. Nope, sorry. Posing is posing.

Very good, as good or better than some of the local hip and trendy restaurants, and at more reasonable prices. Wonderful Caesar salad with homemade dressing for $7.95. Don't let the old time decor throw you off, it looks like a last century saloon, which I think it was. Nice outdoor dining area which would be good in warmer weather.

Pretty cool place, super chill vibe with great drinks and food. You can get a light meal like fries or go with the chicken fried chicken, the duck linguine was amazing. The place used to be a brothel so it's got quite the history. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the bill was fairly priced for being in the center of Santa Fe

Dope spot. Love the red tint dominating the place, which helped with the classy feel (saloon doors notwithstanding). Great drink menu and friendly bartenders.
