Edit: Raised from one to 3 stars for to significantly better service on my last visit. Glad they're listening! I've had to leave without eating on multiple occasions, they have mysteriously "lost my check" twice (can't say that's happened anywhere else in the world). The bowling lanes have been broken during almost every visit. Pizza is cheap soggy crust loaded up with enough cheese that you can't taste anything else. I won't even tell you my opinion of the service. You'll need a fork. The game room is decent relative to the area. If I were comparing it exclusively to other restaurants in Las Vegas I'd probably give it 5 stars.

You may be thinking “Do they actually serve good pizza here?” You’re in luck—with chewy, flavorful cheese, savory tomato sauce, and a crust that is stable as it is edible, JC’s is certified good pizza. Also, Maddison and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind... good vibes around!

Fun environment, good Pizza, clean and enjoyable, would be 5 stars but had to be the slowest pizza place I have ever been to. Servers were to busy chatting with friends then taking orders. Took collectively about 30 minutes to get drinks then order the pizza a few later.

The service has gone dramatically downhill since my first visit. We placed an order on National Pizza Day and the lady had the worst attitude taking an order over the phone. Sorry but for $40+ for two pizzas, you better have outstanding service. She had the audacity to mouth "oh my god" as if I were making dramatic changes, when I just wanted to confirm delivery. Joaquin needs to gauge the attitudes and humble his staff - remind them that they can make great tips if they don't treat people like garbage. I don't go here anymore and won't do so anymore.

Was a little disappointed at the lack of cleanliness in the place. The hostess was texting on her phone while we were paying. But the food was great, as always.
