They just decide to give you whatever they feel like throwing in the bag or miss giving your kid a cheeseburger. It's the most unprofessional food place I have ever encountered. I have called corporate many times as well as speaking to the same manager and nothing gets done. I wish they would fire everyone there and start with all new employees that care.

Not prepared for dinner rush every car had to pull into the parking lot and wait. Plus I had to repeat my bbn order 3 times. It's usually fast and easy not today. Hope it's not like this all the time.

Staff and manager rude and do not act accordingly to handling customers when order was not cooked and no utensils or sauces we included when I asked The Manager befor she had me pull foward. WORST LOCATION BY FAR go to any other one!!

Ordered a Whopper Jr. meal and Chicken Fries from this location (Southern and Unser). Both kids ended up with some kind of food poisoning for two days. Skip this location if you can.

They could not get my order right. I kept asking for the kids meal, the King Jr meal with a double cheeseburger (5 meals actually). He kept saying the regular cheeseburger meal, and I kept saying Double cheeseburger meal, the one that was $4.39. I get to the window and look at the receipt and see that he charged me $4.60 for each meal. When I ask him about this, he says that's the right price. I told him that's not what the drive-thru menu shows. He just says "sorry". Then to top it off, I get home and there are no toys in the bags! Horrible experience :(
