Friends coming thru town on a one day and night stopover wanted to treat us to dinner. I suggested Luminaria the restaurant at the INN & SPA at LORETTO. Once upon a time, it was a culinary delight. It was suggested as they we were to meet a guide for a ghost tour there, but was unfortunately rained out. The three star rating I give is only due to the kind and attentive service we had. I and my partner had a chicken plate with mixed vegetables , our guest hosts had a baked Scottish salmon plate. The chicken was on the dry side and the mixed vegetables were from frozen. While the sauce on the chicken was mildly tasty, but was offered extra sauce to combat the dryness. While my friends enjoyed the salmon, they too, were unimpressed having the frozen vegetables. What restaurant of integrity would cut corners like that? I could have devised a better tasting meal at home for my friends, and should have. The meal was nicely presented, but the execution a big fail. In short, don't bother.

Great hotel, the staff is nice, location is perfect. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

Staff was mad helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of... and it certainly didn't hurt that the drinks are on point🤘

We had to wait close to an hour for the food. We checked the menu online ahead of time so we went in knowing what we wanted. They were out of what we wanted... We ordered simple, easy to prepare food that can be fixed in a flash. There's no excuse for why it took so long. What we got [finally!] was just so-so. When we went there last year there was a dessert buffet with a number of offerings. There wasn't one this year. They had a few items on the dessert menu, but we decided to just forego dessert for fear of having to wait another hour for it. If it takes them an hour to put together a salad, how long would it take them to pull a pre-made dessert out of the fridge? We had been there once before and it was very good. Something has gone drastically wrong. We will not be returning to this place again. EVER!

Went for restaurant week. You know the week local restaurants try and show off on a price fixed menu so that locals, will come back? Ummm someone better tell Luminaria the goal here. Lackluster wait staff, mediocre food hat was obviously pre made and barely warmed up. Don't bother
