Food was very good there. I got an enchilada and it was super tasty. The blue tortillas that it was in were good. I don't know what the difference was but it was good. This is a bit of an upscale place. They don't have a children's menu, but will make food such as grilled cheese and hamburger at request. It is also very expensive but worth the money.

I was here for a work event. We rented the back room and ordered food. It was an extremely positive experience. The staff helping were attentive and kept drinks filled and the food and margaritas were very good. I would love to go back again and have dinner and I would definitely recommend using this space for small rentals as well.

We liked the Pink Adobe years ago. It is not the same place today. A rating of 1 means we will not return and we would not recommend it to anyone. The management does not seem to know how to run the place, the staff plays loud music for themselves, not clients. The green chili stew, once delicious, was inedibly salty. The apple pie was as ordinary as store bought in a tin.

Such a beautiful restaurant! My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time! It was very romantic! The food was fantastic! The staff was incredible! The serve adimtted to be new but she was very knowledgeable and professional and the host Ladonna was also friendly and professional! Sean was our busser and he even made an impact. Thank you so much to the Pink Adobe and everyone else in Santa Fe that welcomed us with open arms and great recommendations!
