Really terrific. Was in town 5 days for work and are here three of those days and each meal was excellent. More often than not, small towns take advantage of being small by getting away with sub-par dining options but Dels was a real surprise. The Mexican dish that I had the first night was good overall but the steak I had the next day was really good. The salad bar and soups that come with it was a nice touch and had several tasty prepared salads (pasta and potato, etc). Yes they were a little more pricey than other offerings in the area but it was worth it.

Great food. The salad bar was excellent. The cream of potato soup was excellent. I loved looking at all of the items available in the gift shop. It was also a fun little treat to hear a fortune from Pappy. The servers were very attentive and kept our drinks cold and full. Would eat here again next time we are in town.

Amazing hidden gem on Route 66. Got the chicken fried steak and it was phenomenal. The salad bar and soups were also delicious and came with dinner. Oh yea the dinner rolls and corn stuffing was also delicious. This place is a must stop for travelers and the price is so reasonable too.

Casual lunch with wife and mother-in-law was warm and inviting. My lunch pulled pork includes the assorted fruit/vegetable salad bar. Today, the soups are tomato bisque and a pot of pinto beans!! I had a cup of both. Superb - as good a bisque as NY or Denver. Heaps of salad complimented the succulent pork. My wife enjoyed her fajitas and our guest really enjoyed her meatloaf and green beans. Sopapillas to go and it's all good.

It was a pretty good place. The food was fine; the portions we're a little on the small side, but the staff was great. We walked in to warm smiles and western dressed waiters. Overall, it was fine. Not awesome, just fine.
