My husband and I were trying to order quick a late-night dinner after after traveling and stopped for a quick drive-thru meal. While trying to place our order, after every item we said- The employee loudly asked "Anything else?!". We had just order chicken tenders... and she said, "Anything else?!". -"Um, well we would like a diet coke with that and some signature sauce...". -"ANYTHING ELSE?!". -Needless to say, we felt off-put and very uncomfortable just trying to order 2 meals. -Then, our order wasn't even complete, but we didn't feel safe enough to complain. Out of all of the McDonald's we have ever been to, this was just horrible. Will drive right by next time... and probably discuss how horrible that awkward situation was when we tried to order chicken tenders and a burger.....

Good location to stop at along New York's interstate 90. One of the best stops to make. Quick service and super clean. Nice sitting area and clean restrooms.Very friendly people. In the fall several locals sell produce outside in the parking lot, I took home over 15 butternut squash that were so inexpensive I made sure on a return trip I stopped and pick up more.

Awful foul-mouthed manager. She a disgrace to the franchise. Yelled at the staff and was rude to my 6 year-old vegetarian son who wanted a toy but could not get a happy meal. Drive another 15 miles to the next McDonalds down the road.

I think this mcdonalds is run by apes, the rest stop itself is in disrepair, and they managed to forget the burger patty on my girlfriends burger. Took way too long for "fast food" many other customers had meals that were not correct. Dont even bother stopping at this rest stop unless you plan on getting annoyed. 👎
