Absolutely amazing! Old time feel, authentic food, authentic music, and authentic dressware for the servers! I heard from a friend of this little delight, and boy my life is better for it. I have been back three times now with different family and friends and it's always a treat, everyone enjoys it! They carry such a wide variety of German drinks on draft and behind the bar as well. It's very nice to see places like this, where you can go for an experience rather than just a bite to eat; which is impossible because the portions are huge and filling, in line with German tradition.

Decor was beautiful, service was good, food was really good. The hostess is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars, she made us very uncomfortable when we walked in. There was 3 adults and 2 babies. She asked if we had reservations which we did not and made it seem like she didn’t really want us there. It was a Sunday at 5, there was plenty of empty tables not sure why she had an attitude but not someone that should be greeting customers. Maybe a friendly smile and more of a welcome would have made this a better experience.

I loved the decor of this place. The bar here is very small. We got a table instead. The food was enjoyable as well as the live music. The wait staff was very friendly.

The food is beyond amazing and the woman behind the bar is amazing as are the actual waiters and waitresses, but the hostess (older woman with glasses) has a real attitude problem. Went in with my girlfriend for lunch and was told everything was booked even the table by the bar, and that our only option was to eat at the bar, when we asked how long the wait would be the woman got a attitude and said “really?” As if we majorly inconvenienced her. We ended up eating at the bar and another couple came in before we even placed our drinks and she immediately offered them the table by the bar or to eat the bar. I don’t know what her problem is with people but she is a cancer in a other wise healthy business.
