I love this place! Been here 5+ times and will keep coming back. If this place was actually in Buffalo, the prices would be almost doubled. The bourbon selection is great (bourbon flights!), the selection of burgers is diverse as well, and quality is all you could hope for. Give this place a shot if you love bourbon and burgers, you won't be disappointed.

LARGE selection of various house special burgers, like a giant page. Service always seems great even with large groups. I will say that pink and not pink being the choices for my burger cooking is not normal. There is rare, medium rare, medium, medium well & well. They always ask pink or not pink... I like my burger medium well and I always request this but always end up with something less than that. The drink selection is large with quite a few beers on tap and plenty of bourbon as the name suggests. They have a trivia night every Tuesday where you can win gift certificates for food and drinks which is pretty fun. Tempted to give three stars because of the burgers but that’s unfair, still a really well made burger I just want it done a bit more...

Went in the other night hoping for a good dinner experience but ended up, after over an hour (post order) wait, with two cold burgers and lukewarm fries with no manager in sight to even check in and/or apologize. Sad to say but most likely not comming back.

There was 10 adults and two children in our party. Upon being seated, coffee was ordered. When we received coffee it was VERY COLD - not even temped. The whole restaurant was cold. The service was slow but the waitress offered to make a fresh pot of coffee. She informed us that "the kitchen was very cold because the cooks had the exterior door open". Fresh brewed coffee was hot for the second round. When our food arrived, the french fries were ice cold and the burgers were all cold. The soup was cold as well. The waitress did bring a few baskets of hot french fries to the table. Again, she apologized because the cooks had the exterior kitchen door open and the kitchen was very cold!! Really? We were hungry and we had a long wait before our food came, so we either ate the cold burgers or took them home. I would not visit this establishment again. I don't want to hear the "cooks have the kitchen door open and it's cold in there". Obviously, that was affecting the quality of the food so SHUT THE DOOR.
