Great food! The menu had a lot of variety. Definitely would start with the pretzel. Service was excellent. Decor was cool, made the place feel very comfortable. Will definitely return.

I was only here for a quick lunch (we had about) an hour and it was jampacked. The oysters were fresh and they had a nice selection but a bit pricey (I have been spoiled the Oyster House in Philly). My Oyster Po'Boy BLT was just fair, the bread it was served didn't work well, and the bacon was completely lost. I like it on a crusty Italian roll. My friend's Seafood Cobb salad looked delicious and the seafood looked very fresh. For beer drinkers, this looks like a good spot with lots of tap, flights and knowledgeable ( & super friendly staff). We just stuck with iced tea because we had another tour to do.

I go here as often as possible (it’s a trip from Long Beach!). The food is really VERY good and the place is fascinating! Books everywhere (you can take one down and read it) and historic pictures, photos and charts. Friendly atmosphere. With whatever else I may order I usually order fried oysters, and they are not the pre-breaded kind!! Delicious! I have never gotten anything here I did not like!

Awful tomatoes on the salad. A better choice would have been sundried. Very good scallops on forbidden rice and Spinach. Not over flavored or overcooked. Good sized portion for the price. Live performance would be better left to the front of the restaurant.
