I'm a big fan of Subway restaurants however I'm really annoyed that the corporate office floods my market with coupons on a regular basis and none of the for Subway restaurants in my area accept any of their coupons. They repeatedly get my hopes up and get me excited for going in and getting a better deal and then when I'm told I can't use the coupon. I called the corporate office to complain about the money they're wasting on coupons that no one can use and yet they still continue to show up in my mailbox. That's the reason I only gave them three stars because I feel as a company they're wasting a lot of money.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HORRIBLE SUBWAY AT ALL COSTS. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was visiting this city and stopped by to have a quick bite. The incident that I'm narrating here happened under the watch of the owner/manager. It seemed like a franchise store and not a corporate owned one. This store is apparently owned by a family who is horrible with customer service and just out to get every possible penny to your bill. And written below is my experience at this subway restaurant (doesn't even deserve to be called one). Initially the fact that they did not accept coupons made me think they are cheap but that was just the start of it. Me and the person accompanying started placing our orders after a long wait due to the extremely slow employee, who didn't even have the courtesy to smile. Once we started ordering, this employee put so little meat in our sandwich that they had to embarrassingly ask for some more which was met with hesitation by the employee, so he put maybe two or three chunks of chicken on the sandwich. After this, when I placed my order I requested my steak and cheese sub to be toasted and they said it couldn't be done. How can you have a cold steak and cheese? Anyway, after this, the employee kept on saying that everything I was literally asking for was going to incur an extra charge. Then at the checkout, they had zero customer service, didn't give us any napkins, and even hesitated to give us a tray (and that's after I asked the employee for it) and lasty the manger or owner watching all this yells out "We're closing in 15 minutes". Making this already awkward experience all the more. All in all this is a horrible establishment, DON'T GO HERE.

This location is absolutely horrible. The "Owner" Joy Cardum refused to give a refund for the food that was paid for and SHE threw out. Called the cops on us for asking for our refund and in the process made an 8 year old girl cry. This was the most insane customer service we have ever experienced in our life. I am reporting this to corporate and better business bureau.
