It was our first time there. We had a great bartender named Stacey. She made recommendations after we asked and she was spot-on. My intention was to just have a dessert and possibly coffee. Stacy asked if we wanted to drink dessert or eat it so we changed our thought process and my sister and I ordered martinis. Me the peanut butter chocolate and my sister the coconut chocolate. We shared a piece of turtle cheesecake which we couldn't finish it was very very good. This is our new favorite place. I can't wait to go back and try more things from the menu. I encourage people to go there you won't be disappointed.

Went on a Wednesday during Local Restaurant Week. It took them 40 minutes to get us a table after our reservation we'd made months ago (which we were all early for). Reservation was for 6:30 and we sat at 7:10. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even come to our table to greet us. (Female bartender was good while waiting to get our table, though) After that it took a really long time to get our bottle of wine. Some of our appetizers came out wrong. Meals took another 45 minutes. My medium steak was totally rare. No one came to ask. After we were ready to pay, it took another 45 minutes. I gave the waitress my credit card because I needed to leave, and told my group to get it back for me. She had had it for 35 minutes. And a manager promised us 20% off our checks to be nice, but then came back almost a half hour later saying she couldn't figure out how to do it. The food was okay (many orders wrong), the bathrooms were gross and dimly lit. This was a very poor experience considering it was supposed to be a nice get together and it was expensive and on a weeknight. Only giving 2 stars because they did try to compensate us. Hopefully will have a better experience if I ever choose to go back.

I love this place! I always come here when I'm on Chippewa and the last couple years for my birthday! Its got a great atmosphere with a really cool drink menu, lots of chocolate options . The martinis are a little strong but still delish; get the birthday cake martini! It's got rainbow sprinkles all around the rim and it's so yummy! I'm also a sucker for all the yummy desserts they have. I've already recommended to all my friends and always look forward to coming back! Very friendly staff too. If you're going to have a big party definitely call for a reservation!!

Truly enjoyed dinner! Didn't have any expectations going in but we were blown away. We shared the baguette appetizer, the asparagus flatbread, the white chocolate pizza and a mocha loco sundae. We each ordered a Mojito. It was all delicious! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Chocolate Bar is a gem!

We had dinner here last night before heading to see the Lion King. When we arrived the restaurant was very busy but we had made reservations. We were seated upstairs overlooking the lower level. Nicole was our server. We ordered drinks and when they arrived we ordered dinner. I was impressed with both the food and the service. Nicole had no upstairs station so whenever a patron needed something she had to go downstairs. She had no problems with multi tasking and we truly enjoyed the evening. The food was hot .... Well cooked and delicious. The drinks are a bit pricey but serve as both a relaxing drink and decadent dessert. Overall, a truly perfect place for a downtown dinner.
