I AGREE WITH THIS REVIEW 100% To Templeton Landing management..........Has your corporation headquarters seen these reviews? Has anyone come to Buffalo to address these issues? This is probably one of only a few restaurants on Buffalo's waterfront, and I must say a beautiful area and a beautiful building. What a loss. If you could only figure out how to solve your service. Unfortunately I did not look at the reviews prior to recommending Templeton Landing. In the past myself, my family and friends shared some enjoyable memories at this restaurant. The only thing they followed through on, as per the contract, was providing the food, drink, and waitstaff service. None of the other details in the contract were provided. There was no sign for our event. There was no one at the restaurant to meet us and show us to the Buffalo Room, where our event was booked. The restaurant was dark and empty as if closed for the season. There were no centerpieces on the tables. The AV equipment wasn’t

The Management and Staff hit it out of the park for my event. There was NOTHING they wouldn't do to make my family celebration a total success. The venue looked INCREDIBLE! Dave and Matt and the rest of their team worked with all my vendors to make everything look exactly as I dreamed it would...they even went the extra mile to throw in little details that I never even thought of (and trust me, I thought of a lot). They never said no...working tirelessly to make it all happen. They served 200 meals, accommodating a variety of complex dietary needs, and not a single meal was cold, dry or overcooked. Everyone was served virtually simultaneously, enabling us to all start dancing and celebrating at the same time. The bar tenders were enthusiastic and efficient, so nobody waited too long for cocktails. They were absolutely charming and all my guests commented. The management and staff and Templeton Landing will be forever linked to one of the most special occasions of our lives. I have already booked my next event there 2 years from now!!! I cannot thank them or express my gratitude enough.

I dined with my wife, Janine, for Family and Friends lunch. The grilled flatbread appetizer was delicious and different. My flatiron steak was boss as was my wife’s cornmeal crusted walleye. Our NY cheesecake was homemade, indeed! Matt was our server and was the epitome of friendliness and service!!!! We’ll be back for sure!

My family and I came for Easter brunch. Everything was delicious - huge variety of options. We all enjoyed the Bloody Mary bar. Our favorite spot for brunch in the city. Beautiful views and consistently great food. Plan on coming back soon to enjoy the Summer and some drinks on the patio.

Was here this summer strictly to see a band. Ended up sitting and eating. Was literally served seasoned vegetable oil instead of olive oil with the bread. I asked the waitress and she agreed the restaurant was probably too cheap to use olive oil. Seriously? I eat out a lot and have never experienced anything like this. How do you get away with this?

Not good. Kinda dirty and slow service. The burgers looked great but I would advise that you stay away from the chicken.
