Had to keep searching for my waiter. Customer service is very poor. Third time there- at least they're consistent with their poor service . Gave me root beer ribs with no plate and no utensils. Asked for butter from 3 people, was dismissed or snubbed. No toilet paper in any of the bathroop stalls. Had to use brown paper towels - felt like sandpaper. My advice: food is delicious, but expect to be ignored. I told the manager.

I've always seen this place and was always so scared to try it. But... Lemme tell you!!! The food, service, ambience, food and everything was amazing!!! I can't even stress it enough. The food was mind blowing! Oh my gosh!!! From 10, y'all get like 100. And the portions???!!! Worth every single penny.

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE. Placed an order for a pulled pork sandwich and some spicy noodle dish at 8pm. Didn't receive a notification that the food was on it's way until 2 hours later. Food gets here just before 10:30pm and as you could guess it's freezing cold. Called to speak with a manager and request a refund. I was told they "didn't care" and we would have to go through GrubHub to get our money back. Thankfully GrubHub was helpful and refunded the order. Don't waste your time or money here.

Worst experience ever .... I already dread going to black run businesses because through my own experience has not been great My first encounter with this restaurant was one I will never forget I ordered ceasar salad and it came out smelling like fish ... the waitress and manager told me that’s how all ceasar salad smells which is not true I’ve ordered ceasar salad my whole life and never explerienced that Then they brought the manager who was so rude and cocky I didn’t even want to eat there ....they proceeded to bring out my mothers drink which had a fly or some sort of little bug floating at the top of it At this point me and my mother were ready to go ... customer service sucked there was no apologies no concern no empathy for the things they messed up I will NEVER EVER go back there

Nice Atmosphere. At the time we went it wasn’t busy, so service was good and quick. Food was good. Dessert was yum! Drinks need some work.
