Great service. Appetizer was a disappointment. Ordered spinach-artichoke dip. It came out nice and hot but there was more cheese then dip & the cheese wouldn't even flex enough to dip a chip into. After 4 attempts, including with a fork, we sent it back and were credited. The manager was very gracious. My flat iron steak dinner was great. My husband had their tender dinner. He was happy with the delicious tenders but the fries were cold & like cardboard. We finished off our meal sharing a piece of very tasty cheesecake with cherry topping!

Worst experience ever... The server checked on us once through out the meal. The fries were served soggy because they plated them with the grilled fish. The potatoes salad is potato and mayo... The grilled fish tasted microwaved. But at least the shot glass size of coleslaw was good. I will never return to this place again. Absolutely horrible!!!

Today I ordered a DOUBLE order of chicken wings crispy and with hot sauce (just like any average ordinary buffalo sauce wings) and I received SOGGY FLAMING HOT, so spicy, that poking them before eating to check if they were crispy at all and licking off my finger made me immediately start coughing and have to catch my breath and go nuts wanting water! They were so soggy they looked like scoops of colorful mud thrown in a box, they were covered in this disgusting soggy ass dark brown colored breading, they looked disgusting! I ordered them to be crispy! I complained very kindly and the manager was nice and understanding to fix my order... however when I paid for a DOUBLE order, he sent me back a SINGLE order with only 8 in the box!!!! Horrible experience for over priced food!

Decent prices for the big portion sizes. Most of the waitresses are nice. It can be extremely loud and crowded if there is an important sports game on television

I will NEVER again visit this location. My son wanted to celebrate his 6th birthday here. With a party of 10, I called ahead to reserve a table. The lady on the phone, Colleen, told me no problem, i'll make a note of it and tell my manager Joe. She said she would hold tables in the back. We arrived at 4:45. They showed us the tables they were seating us at and that they were waiting for a table to leave. 30 minutes later and many more patrons came and were seated. I checked in to see what the status was, to be told that they only had a 2 top left. WHAT??? Words exchanged, the young girl working got very snippy with me and that sealed the deal even more. As a paying customer, you do not treat people like that and become confrontational. Good luck in the real world with that bad attitude.
