Food is always good here, although this place is still stuck in its 25 years ago decor. This place could use a huge remodel, and the dining area is quite large which kills the cooking staff tremendously. You'd think after so many years this place would have a bigger cooking area instead of the old hallway type working spaces. I worked here back in early 90's I've moved on to bigger and better things thought this place would catch up. Instead it stayed back where I last left it. Damn Wendy's, get modern already.

worst wendy's in the world! my wife will only stop at wendys when we travel and stop for fast food. we've stopped at this one once a year for a few years now. she always insists we give it another chance. no more! every time the food is cold, not lukewarm, COLD. every time they messed up our order. every time it takes 10+ minutes AFTER we order until we pick up our food! doesn't make any difference day or night, dine in or drive thru. corporate needs to take a real good look at this franchisee.

Overcharged by more than $4 because sign outside was not updated. When I questioned girl at window on price she was rude and told me I could come in to see sign if I didn't believe her price was correct. Drove around to see sign and I was correct on the three items. When I went in manager said 'oh, that sign just hasn't been updated. It will be fixed in a few weeks". When I stated I should only be charged price on sign visible from drive thru she rolled her eyes at me and said 'do you REALLY want your money back, none else has complained!'. Food was cold and greasy and staff was just plain rude. Also ketchup was all over food pick up counter- yuck!

The food is quality Wendy's fare, but the drive thru can be a fiasco during lunch and dinner rush due to accessibility issues from having access both NYS Route 60 and an immediate entry to the drive thru order box from US Route 20 causing backups and confusion as to who is going to order next (route 60 cars or route 20 cars. Most likely the new traffic circle will eliminate this issue but maybe not. Otherwise the food meets the standards set by Wendy's and franchisee. The food was better 30 years ago before DGW/Triarc bought the Wendy's brand. You can judge for yourself as to if it meets your standards, but by patronizing Wendy's it probably does.

Well in the. In the time the one Wendy's has been there I think the owner has neglected to do facelift inside outside . Today for service it took 20 minutes the place inside needs to be remodeled new facelift but otherwise food is good so you take the good in the bad
