This is a charming restaurant nestled back in the woods near a pond. We sat near the fireplace and watched the snow falling add we had some great food. Service was terrific. What is nice is that it is not one of those noisy restaurants. We could actually enjoy our conversations without screaming and saying "what did you say". The prime rib was cooked to perfection, garlic mashed potatoes served home style as well as the veggies. It was a lovely evening out.

This was our choice for New Year's Eve dinner with close friends. I realize the need to make a profit, but they had diners packed in like sardines. Unfortunately I will was near a window on a very cold night. Not good, I froze, and my already lukewarm meal cooled even faster. I have dinner here before and enjoyed it. However the current owners and staff seem more interested in show over substance. Probably won't go back. Too many other truly upper scale places with good food and room to enjoy it.

Found this gem by accident, but so glad I did. Atmosphere was cozy. Food was delicious & the staff were attentive & friendly. I will definitely be back.

Quaint old restaurant in need of repair, especially the walkways and entrance from the parking lot. Don't go there if you have any difficulty walking. Our server, Jessica, was not at all helpful. Could not tell us what the cranberry relish was for and did not know anything about the wine list. If you want an an old fashioned carb loaded, high fat meal with plain day old bread, this place is for you.

Nice meal. Went for mother's day. Old school comfortable cottage feels.
