I was worried the quality of this place would go down after the management change but I was happily surprised- I think the enchiladas are even better than before! Food is great, you get bean dip with salsa and chips (and they refill your salsa and chips too!) and I've always had great service! Drink specials are nice, I just wish they'd refinish the tables in the seating area and get new booths- they are an odd height and my feet dangle. They could use some updating.

Over priced. Management does not seem to care for the “customer comes first policy”. I paid $13.99 for a “jumbo burrito”, which was literally a tortilla shell filled with beans and a little bit of lettuce on the side since I don’t eat meat products or dairy (they had a special menu for cinco de mayo which didn’t accommodate vegetarians/vegans). I ordered a side of guacamole to add to my side of lettuce. They gave me literally a tablespoon of guacamole and charged me $2! I understand guacamole is expensive, but at least fill up the already small cup given. Especially since I didn’t get meat, cheese, or rice, you think they would’ve compensated by adding a tiny bit more guacamole at no charge.. The waitress was nice. Her manager refused to comp the $2, but she did anyway which was nice. But, the overall experience sucked. I will never go back. Don Juan’s on Harlem Road in West Seneca all the way!

I am a regular customer along with my husband and 2 grown sons, usually on Fridays, Anyway From the first time we visited to the many times after the food has always been consistently fantastic! We have never had to wait to be seated and the staff are above and beyond attentive and always friendly... The portions are huge which I like because I always save half to have for my lunch the next day (2 meals for the price of 1 ) Can't beat that! :) I highly recommend anyone to give this place a try, You will quickly become a regular like myself and my family are now.

Food is decent, but since new partner came into picture and name and menu changed from Don Juans to Domador, prices seemed to go up and now they charge for additional bean dip when getting another order of chips. Decor could use some TLC... looking at 1/2 finished booths for the longest time. This was our goto Mexican restaurant, but with the changes, we will be visiting other establishments when we're looking for Mexican from now on.

Horrible experience! Ok ok i get we went on went on Cinco de Mayo, but to wait 2hrs..when told 45 mins to an hr NO! The problem I saw was that staff was slacking! We literally watched a table be empty for 20 mins, amongst other empty tables!! I asked 3 times where I was on the list and barely moved! The manager seemed miserable and SERIOUSLY no chips or salsa to pass time?! Food was mediocre ,Never again😠 Robin- West Seneca
