We arrived about ten minutes before closing time and they were happy to serve us. No complaining or making us feel rushed. Friendly and fast service good food. Awesome burgers! Very happy with the service at the late hour we got there!

Went there for the first time last night and had been excited to go because I love cheeseburgers! I got the pig burger with bacon. It was pretty good but not really worth $9. The fries were ice cold and I mean ice cold. They tasted like somebody put together abandoned fries from old tables. After dropping off our food, the waitress did not come back for like 10 minutes. My drink was gone and I was parched by then so I went to the bar and got myself another drink. When she came back, I did ask for new fries, they have free refills anyway, and she did bring new hot ones a few minutes later and they were pretty tasty but I was done with my burger by then. They must plate the fries immediately and then let them sit out for 10 minutes and get cold while they cook your burger. I'm not sure why restaurants do this, it only takes 2 seconds to plate fries, and cold ones are disgusting.

Meh. They used to be so much better. This push in the last couple of years to move "upscale" has let the good quality suffer. Especially the garlic fries - they used to be covered in garlic, now it feels like an after thought.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Bottomless French fries are a plus. What makes it even better is the fact that you can substitute bottomless side salads for no additional cost.

I had a great burger here. The unlimitoes fries is a cool idea, but I ended up not taking advantage of it as the burger and first serving of fries were plenty for me.
